DGI Communications, a Massachusetts-based audio-visual, technology and print leader, announced Monday that Jim Burke has agreed to join DGI’s executive team. Jim brings over three decades of experience to his new role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DGI.
DGI CEO Mike Walsh remarked, “Even through a challenging time for many businesses, DGI has continued to grow our AV, Print and Technology business. With this growth we knew we needed a strong leader to help us continue scaling our sales team and refining our marketing messaging. I can’t think of a better person to assume that role than Jim.”
Mr. Burke’s most recent role was Chief Revenue Officer at IVCi. Prior to IVCi, Jim spent the majority of his career at HB Communications in various leadership roles across sales, marketing, operations, HR, and client management functions. As the EVP of Sales for HB Communications, he grew the sales team to 38 individuals generating over $100 million of annual revenue. He brings a deep level of expertise in Broadcast Technologies, Digital Signage and AV integration to his new position at DGI. Mr. Burke shared, “DGI does so many things well: print, design, AV integration, service and consulting…they have a great story to tell and I can’t wait to lead those efforts.”
