The DGI team is here for all of your audio visual installation needs! No matter the size of the project, we follow the same methodical installation process to ensure precision from preparation to operation. When it comes to technology, first use should inspire future use. Your employees should feel confident while using all workplace audio visual applications so that your business can run effectively. That’s why our installation process is designed to make sure your new or updated technology is intuitive and easy to use for everyone.
Our team can install audio visual systems in any type of environment including schools, commercial offices, enterprise-level workplaces, healthcare facilities and beyond. From project management to engineering, we’re more than equipped to deliver the five-star service your organization needs to turn your ideas into reality.
We follow a methodical process, putting every audio visual installation project through four phases to ensure full compliance with standards set by the industry as well as the client.
Your project manager will prepare and review a scope of work as well as the necessary build materials. They will then confirm the requirements of your project, such as the timeline and delivery dates. Your project manager will also perform a site visit and map out exactly what the installation process will look like.
During the planning phase, your project manager will begin assembling your team. Typically, this will consist of an engineer, programmer, lead installer, commissioner and any other specialist that may be necessary. Materials are also ordered and the purchase department will work to ensure everything arrives before work begins.
Once all materials arrive, the plan is put into action at our Quality Assessment Center. This is a fully controlled environment where our team can build and test equipment and materials before bringing them to your site. Our quality assessment process involves several in-depth steps to ensure everything that will be implemented for your project is fully functional.
Once quality assessment is complete, your project team will install and program all audio visual materials. Then the commissioner will perform comprehensive testing to ensure everything works in concert with your goals.
After execution, your location is ready for use! Your project manager will gather all documentation from each project phase to ensure it’s accurate, and they will capture any field changes.
You’ll also receive training to make sure you and your employees are comfortable and confident using the new systems. We also keep in touch after project completion and offer additional post-installation support services.
