DGI wired our Computer Room in 2007 and everyone that tours the room comments on how neat the cabling looks, even after six years. They’ve also handled the cabling on six-floor renovations over the years. DGI worked closely with me to accurately prepare the installation plan and bill of materials, and quickly and professionally accommodated any changes that came up after construction was underway.  We recently completed a migration of our phone system equipment from one floor to another and it involved replacing twenty-year-old wiring and a prior setup that required expensive support from our phone system provider with a fully traceable, easy to maintain wiring plan that can be managed by our own staff, saving us considerable expense in the long run. The in-room HCI IPTV solution and our new DIRECTV head-end installation have been such a patient satisfier. The next roll-out will be an on-demand interactive solution which will help in educating patients prior to their discharge.  The DGI sales team and technical staff have been very supportive during the roll-outs making sure that the patients and their safety was the first priority.
