DGI Expands Team to Serve Southern New England, New York & Rhode Island Markets
DGI Communications, a Massachusetts-based audio visual, technology and print leader, recently announced the addition of five industry veterans to their growing team of experienced project managers, account executives and design engineers: Wayne Miller, Antony Vaughn, Jason Gregg, Mike Bohan and John Bordieri.
DGI’s head of sales and marketing Jim Burke remarked, “While DGI has experienced tremendous success across the country in 2020, the Tri-state market and Southern New England have fast become our highest growth territories. Adding such experience and talent gives DGI’s clients the additional local support they need for AV, technology and print solutions.”
Meet the new additions to the DGI team:
Wayne Miller – Senior Project Manager, CT OPS DGI Communications
Wayne brings 30-plus years of global technology and AV experience to DGI. He has a passion for deploying and completing projects on schedule and on budget, with minimal churn.
Wayne has worked on large-scale projects with several well-known manufacturing, defense, higher education and hospitality clients throughout New England.
Antony Vaughn – Account Executive
Antony has more than two decades of experience in the systems integration arena providing clients with innovative solutions to their needs. Prior to helping organizations solve their technology problems, Antony was a professional soccer player with the Boston Bolts and Albany Capitals after a Hall of Fame collegiate career with Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU). While he can still hold his own on the pitch, the best players in the family may be his two daughters who currently play in college.
Jason Gregg – Design Engineer
Jason brings more than 15 years of AV industry experience to DGI in his role as a design engineer. He also holds the following industry certifications: CTS-I, CTS-D, ITIL, Crestron Programming, Dante Lvl 1 and 2, Shure Integrated Systems 1 and 2, QSC Qsys lvl 1, OSHA10 and others.
Mike Bohan – Account Executive
Mike Bohan has more than 30 years of experience in the AV industry, beginning his career as a bench and field service technician as well as an AV installer before graduating into AV integration sales in 1999. Since that time, he has focused his effort on higher education clients throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts providing cutting-edge systems and developing strong relationships and partnerships. Mike prides himself on helping clients not only develop the systems that can set them apart from their other counterparts, but also being able to help support their systems long into the future.
John Bordieri – Account Executive (Invisuals)
John is responsible for assisting clients with solutions to better communicate their brand and messaging with graphics and wall mural solutions, retail and corporate displays and other print and signage offerings. For three decades, John has offered custom solutions to the dental, finance and technology industries. Whether leading and coaching sales teams, developing and growing new markets or immersed in campaign and lead generation activities, John’s ability to create new opportunities and nurture them into long-term partnerships has been a passion and pursuit his entire career.
