DGI Communications, a leader in audio-visual, technology, and print services based in Massachusetts, recently promoted David Goldberg to the position of Chief Operating Officer. David Meneely, the current COO, will now serve as President.
Meneely, who joined DGI almost a decade ago, has played a key role in the company’s significant growth and success. In 2020, Goldberg joined the team as Vice President of Strategic Accounts, bringing almost three decades of industry expertise and making meaningful contributions to the organization.
According to DGI CEO Mike Walsh, both individuals are critical to the company’s present and future success. Meneely’s new role as President will lead DGI’s US and global expansion, while Goldberg will use his talents and energy to help scale the company internally and for its partners.
Goldberg has had a multifaceted career in the industry, with experience in integration, project management, engineering, and programming. He has made significant contributions to the success of several audio-visual organizations and has a 360-degree perspective on all aspects of audio-visual systems integration, making him a valuable asset in large-scale projects for corporations, universities, hospitals, and state and federal entities. As the new COO, Goldberg will provide DGI with important leadership and operational insights.
Meneely, who has over two decades of experience in the audio-visual industry, started his career as an AV technician working hands-on in the field. He has since proven his success in project management, design, programming, account management, and leadership positions, completing many high-visibility projects throughout his career. As a hands-on leader, Meneely has a unique perspective on DGI’s capabilities and improving customer experience, which is especially important as he focuses on the company’s expansion and growth in the marketplace.
